By accessing or using DecalDeck ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DecalDeck is an AI-powered sticker generator that allows users to create custom digital stickers from text prompts. The Service includes:

  • AI image generation from text descriptions
  • Multiple artistic style options
  • High-quality PNG downloads
  • Personal sticker collection (Deck) management

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Credits and Payments

Sticker generation requires credits. Credits can be purchased through the Service:

  • 1 credit = 1 generation (4 sticker variations)
  • Credits are non-refundable once purchased
  • Credits do not expire

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Create content that infringes on others' intellectual property
  • Generate content depicting real people without consent
  • Use the Service for spam or malicious purposes
  • Attempt to bypass content filters or safety measures
  • Share your account with others

6. Content Ownership

You own the stickers you generate using DecalDeck. You may use them for personal or commercial purposes. However:

  • You are responsible for ensuring your prompts do not infringe on trademarks or copyrights
  • We retain the right to use generated images to improve our AI models (anonymized)
  • Public stickers may be visible to other users

7. AI-Generated Content

AI generation may sometimes produce unexpected or imperfect results. We do not guarantee:

  • That outputs will match your expectations exactly
  • That all generations will be usable
  • That the AI will correctly interpret all prompts

Credits are consumed upon generation regardless of output quality.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Generated images will be suitable for your needs
  • The Service will always be available

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DecalDeck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, especially for generating prohibited content. You may also delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
